Reason #2 – Their Primary Focus is Specialized, So They’ll Always Be Best!
While others over-differentiate, or focus on too much of everything rather than remain core and specialized to what the do best, Google differentiates to only the 20% level, at least it seems like it, and the other 80% is still focused on what they are best known for and always will be if they keep it up…search engine results and above all, the bottom line: getting people the top quality information that they need and are searching for.
Google is the best at what it does as a search engine. I’ve tried other search engines and Google beats them because their algorithm must be better. I’m sure that their algorithm is probably more secure than the richest bank’s vault in Switzerland, Luxembourg or Liechtenstein.
I think it’s another one of their core Biz secrets, how they stay 80% or more on what hey do best, but it’s obvious…what else pops up at you when you g to their homepage? A search engine box – in your face! Nice…
